The Class
I think everybody in the class is a cool guy. We collectively as a class are one cool guy. But seriously though we all come from different backgrounds and while we all may be different, we have one common thing to share: our love of music and hiphop. We all come from different ethnicities, black, hispanic, white. I love the integration of different aspects of hiphop in the class,

HipHop isn't just in english
I grew up around hip hop. I was raised with tupac blasting on the floors above and below my buildings. Biggie wasnt an uncommon thing to hear while walkin to school. But being a boricua i also grew up around Spanish music all the time.
It wasn't until i actually cared about the lyrics and music that i discovered that yeah, while hip hop mainly was coming from english lyrics and artists, there was another breed of hip hop growing. REGGAETONNN
Created in my homecity of San Juan, Puerto Rico, reggaeton is just the spanish flipside of what is commonly known to us as hip hop. It is quickly growing as one of the most popular styles of music with artists like Daddy Yankee, Wisin y Yandel and Arcangel grabbing the reigns and spearheading the music industry. Here's a taste
